Novant Health GIFS & Stickers
Role: Visual Storyteller / Social Media Specialist
Novant Health was looking for ways to engage with its online community. To support team strategies, I helped establish a brand channel on Giphy with animated stickers, gifs, and tags for user-generated healthcare stories and emails. I illustrated and animated stickers to support the larger social media strategy. Upon uploading these GIFS, I added keywords based on related searches to assist with discoverability and support the engagement strategy . These items were launched and shared in support community stories around COVID-19, Women’s History Month, Pride Month, and Juneteenth. The channel has since gained 97M views with additional team contributions.
