This project utilizes Instagram as its platform to effectively reach an audience of people between the ages of 16 and 29. By connecting the demographic most affected by eating disorders to a daily routine of online content, these typographic messages serve as a voice of positive reinforcement for those recovering and seeking help from eating disorders. Simultaneously, a community of support is created with every viewer and follower of this campaign. It is a platform that can be promoted by organizations suchas the National Eating Disorder Association who support individuals and families affected by eating disorders, and serves as a catalyst for prevention, cures and quality care.
